2) Awareness Posters were finished being presented.
3) The team that will be meeting with the other student representitives at lunch on Wednesday, December 2 reported their plan to bring along some Awareness Posters to give the others an idea of what you all have been learning.
4) Other leaders lead us through some great games.
For those of you who were absent getting the vaccination:
Please catch up with a classmate who was present for the details and see me for clarification if need be.

11TH CLASS - BIG TIME COMMUNICATION AND GOOD NEWS

Today:
1) The team that met with the other students representing the other classes yesterday told us what they discussed: the two primary roles they established (know what's going on in this class and communicate with the other students representing the other classes), what each class is doing, and the common needs we are sharing. They then took your ideas of ways we could all work together to meet those needs and will bring it back to the meeting. They also recruited another person to record their meetings. They will keep us up to date. Nice work team.
2) The team that went with other students from other classes met with the CEO of LEARN. They told us how the meeting went, the outcome, and what the expectations placed on them and us as a class now are. They then took your ideas about how they can meet those expectations, then went and did some groundwork around the school. They will keep us up to date.
3) You formally started to present your Awareness Posters to each other.
If you missed class: Talk to me or your "go-to" person before next class.
Next class Friday, November 27 (Day 8): We'll finish presenting. We need to find a way to visualize all the groups in class that are forming...

10TH CLASS - FEEDBACK TO MOCK-TEACHERS, POSTER REMEDIATION, LEADERSHIP SYNERGIZE GAME

Today:
1) You wrote a letter to each of the 5 mock-teachers from last week offering feedback.
2) We had some awareness poster remediation.
3) We went to the cafeteria to play a synergize game. In small groups, you formed a circle. You stuck out your left hand, then grabbed a hand across from you. Next, you stuck out your right hand and grabbed another hand across from you. Then, you worked together to become untangled.
4) After you were asked to consider what role you took during the game... leader who directed... leader who supported and went along with it... leader who did both... maybe more of one, or the other. What does that show you about yourself as a leader?
If you missed class: It is imortant to see me ASAP regarding poster remediation.
